mother tongue results today, yo!
it was initially so nerve wrecking.
huiqun and i were popping van houten's almond chocolates every few minutes.
hoping that the feel-good chemical called 2-phenylethylamine will work quickly.
everyone was so panicky.
we entered the class allocated to us.
everyone started showing signs of madness.

angela lai, shiv, me, and some others were shouting across blocks,
wishing others good luck.
it was utter bondedness, yo! (:
then mr chin came in.
when he announced that the whole class passed, we all started screaming!
we were the first to scream, srsly.
pretty inane really.

terkming was first to get the results, and guess what?
he got a B!
we were cheering like mad for him!
he's always so down about mother tongue, and now he got a B!
he was shouting and shouting at the top of his lungs and calling all his friends.
when my turn came, i was, okay, fucking nervous.
pardon my language, but it was hell extreme.
i was thinking what i'd do if i have to repeat.
but i got a B!

the moment i saw the grade, the first line running through my head was:

'NO MOTHER TONGUE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! NO MORE PERIBAHASA, KARANGAN, KEFAHAMAN!'

i was overjoyed!

huiqun was really disappointed though.
angela lai was also pretty down.
i hope you guys feel better soon yea?

bleah, the next result collection is pw.
sighs, it makes me feel dejected just THINKING about it.
it's a hellish subject that everyone works so hard for, but the grades never seem to equate the amount of effort you put in.

today, i admit that i hate the prospect of marriages.
i can't believe that my mom thinks i should be thinking of it.
it's annoying really.
i dont' see what's so good about it.
love is pretty, yes.
but marriage is totally not pretty.
perhaps i've a distorted or inaccurate conception of it.
however, all my paternal cousins who're married end up in divorce and become single parents.
bleah, that totally sucks.

love, friendships, and relationships are good enough, yo!
marriage is a big no-no!
